Where are we working
South West

The Communities Keeping Well Programme [South West] is working in partnership with two communities to support them to live healthier lives. Residents have established their health and wellbeing priorities and will be running their own projects to support these priorities.

We are working in two locations

  • Harford (Ocean Estate)
  • Shadwell (Watney Market)
SW Door knocking210

We recruited and trained 12 local resident volunteers to raise awareness of the CKW project through street conversations and door knocking and visited a range of stakeholders including schools, GP practices and community organisations to begin to identify what would make their community a healthier place to live and what they are doing to improve their health and wellbeing.

Our local stakeholders are:

Harford Health Centre

L&Q Housing Association

Ocean Regeneration Trust

Stepney City Farm
