At the 2nd Coproduction Workshop, the group took part in a type 2 Diabetes Coproduction task.
Public Health are looking to launch a community health worker/outreach team that supports communities at highest risk of developing diabetes and other long-term conditions. A key aim of the service is prevent Type 2 diabetes and support early ditection and managing the condition.
The challenge is that all current support and services do not reach all communities. THT wanted to coproduce how to overcome these barriers.
