We’re calling on parents and carers of children aged 11 - 18, and up to the age of 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), to encourage their young ones to complete a survey and tell us how they're feeling.

We worked with a group of 15 young people to design the questions, which ask children and young people how they're feeling during this period of national restrictions and what we can do to support them.

Please ask your child to complete the survey online here by Friday 4 December. It should only take around five minutes to fill in and the results are anonymous.

Are you a Tower Hamlets resident? If you have any feedback regarding our services, or suggestions of ideas and initiatives that may improve the healthcare and wellbeing of people in Tower Hamlets.

Please get in touch, we would love to hear from you!
