Workshops Available in September, October and November 2019

The Bangladeshi Mental Health Forum will be facilitating language appropriate mental wellbeing workshops for local residents (this is supported by Tower Hamlets Community Housing and East London NHS Foundation Trust).

The workshops are delivered in an interactive way which will be culturally and religiously sensitive. Workshops will take place at Tower Hamlets Community Housing Head Quarters. The workshops focus on specific issues that are identified as basic intervention needs e.g. basic awareness of mental health, support for carers and how to access mental health services. In addition, BMHF also aim to provide cultural and religious awareness training sessions for mental health professionals.
