Be Well is pleased to present a day of free fun designed to empower women and girls in the borough to engage in fitness, health and wellbeing activities

There will be guest speakers at two time slots discussing issues such as homelessness, learning disabilities, domestic abuse and hate crime. 15:00-17:00 and 18:00-20:00
