Welcome to the Tower Hamlets Together Summer Primary Care and Community Fair!
This takes place at Mile End Hospital Garden Area between 13:00-16:00 with a light lunch provided.
A resource pack will be available with some information on THT including contact details and a description of all of the teams taking part and some questions to answer to capture your ideas and your needs.
Plenty of stalls from a range of local services. Hear great stories of how THT is helping to improve services and people’s experiences.
